We suggest that you set out from Cherbourg, a deep water port, where you can sail any hour you please without the constraints of a bar or lock gates to consider.

Choosing to sail over to Alderney, with a stop over in the little port of Omonville-la-Rogue before navigating the famous Alderney race and the casquets is enjoyable and exciting!
